I kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson time.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will be charged the full amount of the scheduled lesson.
I understand that unexpected situations can arise, and want to assure you that any last minute complications or emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If this happens please reach out to me as soon as possible so we can discuss your circumstances and reschedule!

Please DO NOT arrive any earlier than five minutes prior to your scheduled lesson time. This gives your student and others the experience they deserve, if lessons occur back to back. Additionally, it allows me to fully prepare for your lesson prior to your arrival. If you happen to arrive earlier than five minutes prior, feel free to park your car in the driveway or cul-de-sac.

Lateness, no matter the length of time will never prevent a student from participating in their lesson as scheduled. However, to respect my time and the time of students that have scheduled lessons after yours, I cannot make up for lost time at the end of a lesson. If there is no one scheduled after you, and I have the time to do so I will try and make up for any lost time.

All lessons must be paid for in full before, during or within 12 hours after your scheduled lesson ENDS. For example, if your lesson is from 6-7pm, payment will be accepted until 7am the next morning. If payment is not received within 12 hours after the lesson, a late fee of $10 will be applied for every 24 hour period after. I accept payments through Zelle (443 754 5284), Venmo (@tristaharner), and in cash.
